1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing us at info@pvrflavourworks.com.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns. However, we will offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Package lost in transit.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Non-refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
